Outward Bound Trip - Cumbria
In December a group of AVA students went on our first Outward Bound Trip to Ullswater Cumbria.
The students completed lots of exhilarating activities, including stargazing, gorge scrambling and sunset canoeing. Students and staff pushed themselves outside their comfort zone and achieved things they never thought possible.
We have continued the journey at school and have been working on using the skills we developed on the trip in the classroom.
We are so proud of the resilience our students demonstrated while away and look forward to seeing the impact that this will have on their personal development.
