AVA Students Excel in Silver Duke of Edinburgh Practice Expedition: Master Navigation, Map Reading, and Camping Skills
12 students from AVA (yr 10s and yr 12s) spent Thursday 6th June - Saturday 8th June navigating, map reading and camping practice for their Silver Duke of Edinburgh award.
We were lucky with the weather and the staff received lovely compliments about the Students' DofE etiquette and behaviour.
Well done all and thank you to the staff who willing gave up their spare time, one month to go till we're in the Cotswolds for your qualifying expedition.
