Tech 4 Learners 2024-2025 - 1:1 Device Scheme
We are delighted to announce that we are launching Phase 2 of our Tech 4 Learners scheme for all students at Aylesbury Vale Academy who will begin September 2024 in Years 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
The Aylesbury Vale Academy is dedicated to providing the best learning experience for our students and preparing them for life beyond school. We believe that access to technology is crucial for delivering high-quality education. However, we understand that investing in technology can be challenging, and personal devices may not always be suitable for school due to security and compatibility issues. To ensure seamless access to technology, we have partnered with Freedom Technology to launch the Tech 4 Learners 1:1 device program, offering highly competitive pricing and a comprehensive support package.
This initiative is central to our goal of ensuring every student at AVA has a Microsoft-compatible device for home use. We are committed to the positive impact technology can have on students' home learning.
The program is opt-in, and we are confident you will see the value in participating through voluntary monthly contributions. The Academy will cover a significant portion of the costs for Pupil Premium, SEN, and Free School Meals students.
