Celebrating Student Success at AVA

These celebrations are designed to recognise the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our students throughout the term.

Here’s what we have planned to honour their contributions:

• Rewards Assemblies: Year group assemblies will be held where students will receive badges and certificates for their outstanding achievements.
• Letters from the Principal: Selected students will receive special letters from the Principal, recognising their hard work and positive impact at AVA.
• Hot Chocolate and Breakfast with Mr. Gibson: Students who have shown consistent effort and a great attitude will enjoy a special treat of hot chocolate and breakfast with Mr. Gibson.
• Special Christmas Lunch (KS4 and KS5): Key Stage 4 and 5 students will celebrate the festive season with a special Christmas lunch as a reward for their efforts.
• Commendation Letters: Some students will receive commendation letters sent home, highlighting their exceptional contributions to school life.
• Movie Night (KS3): Key Stage 3 students will enjoy a fun and festive movie night to celebrate their achievements.
• Awards Evening: This week, we hosted a spectacular Awards Evening where 330 students were nominated by staff to receive recognition for their achievements. It was a joyous celebration of student success across all areas of school life.

We are incredibly proud of our students’ accomplishments this term and look forward to finishing on a high note as we celebrate their efforts. Thank you for your continued support, and we wish everyone a festive and rewarding end to the term!
