REWARDS SYSTEM

Primary Rewards System

The AVA Primary team put a huge emphasis on the positives within our pupils’ learning.  As such, pupils can earn achievement points in many different ways: 

• Star of the Day / Maths Star of the Day – 5 points 
• Star of the Week – 20 points 
• Class of the Week – 15 points for every pupil 
• English Star of the Week – 20 points 
• Maths Star of the Week – 20 points 
• Star of the Term – 75 points 
• Subject – 20 points  
• Wow Work – 5 points 
• Excellent Homework – 5 points 
• Demonstrating Academy Values – 5 points 

In earning these achievement points, pupils work to earn different awards which are presented with a certificate and a badge: 

• Bronze – 300 points 
• Silver – 600 points 
• Gold – 900 points 
• Platinum – 1200 points 

We celebrate these achievements in our weekly Celebration Assembly, which is always a highlight of our week, allowing us to truly celebrate and acknowledge the fantastic work and attitude we see from our pupils on a daily basis!
