Dragon Sculpture - Waddesdon Manor - October 2024

During the Autumn term the Art department had the opportunity to work with the wonderful Artist Michelle Dufaur who creates amazing sculptures.

The project involved all year groups from 4 to 11. The students were asked to draw a design on an individual 'scale' which related to the words, strength, good, bravery, luck, or courage.

The project was organised by Waddesdon Manor, and the dragon is now proudly on display in the Stables at the Manor along with many other sculptures as part of the Christmas Light Festival which opens on the 15th of November.
