Rewards at AVA
We are excited to share that our students recently had an assembly focused on the rewards they can earn here at AVA. We believe it is important for students to be motivated and recognised for their positive contributions to our school community.
This year we have seen a significant increase in the number of achievement points being received by students, which has been great to see.
Students receive badges for the number of achievement points they receive, as follows:
- Bronze = 100
- Silver = 200
- Gold = 300
- Principals Award (Platinum) = 500
These are also considered when we host our end-of-term events. Looking ahead, we have several upcoming events to look forward to next week, including:
- Celebration Assemblies for all year groups
- Hot chocolate with Mr Gibson
- Easter Brunch for those with the highest number of achievement points
- Letters from Mr Gibson for nominated students
- Respect, Aspiration, and Resilience Postcards sent home for nominated students.
We are looking forward to celebrating our students' achievements and fostering a positive and inspiring school environment. Please speak to your child about their achievement points (see EduLink), rewards, badges, certificates and any events they are invited to next week.
