Tuesday 14th November was World Diabetes Awareness Day and this week many of us in school are wearing a blue ribbon to show our solidarity with those who have to cope with managing diabetes every day.
Winter mocks begin on Monday and this week the students have been working hard to make sure they are fully prepared for the exams.
There are still a very limited number of spaces left for the 5-day outdoor residential experience with The Outward Bound Trust in Cumbria for Years 8, 9 and 10. Students will experience learning outside the classroom to better develop self-confidence and teamwork skills, through a range of adventurous activities.
