The Inspiration Programme was joined by the British Army recently. Students were shown a presentation about the many aspects of Army life, including learning about some of the more than 100 trades available and the two visitors shared their career journeys.
The Inspiration Programme Trip this week was to Windmill Hill, a purpose-built archive and office complex near Waddesdon Manor.
The Year 12 students visited Greatmoor Energy from Waste site as part of the Inspiration Programme.

Mentoring, Coaching and Positive Activities
Community Youth Ventures in partnership with the ‘Saving Lives Fund’ - a charitable fund held and managed by Heart of Bucks and Buckinghamshire Council’ would like to offer young people in Chesham, Aylesbury, and High Wycombe the opportunity to attend the Empowerment Project, a project for young males between the ages of 11-18.
We have received information from Thames Valley Police warning us about a new TikTok craze called ‘Tap Out or Black Out’.
The Aylesbury Vale Academy has a wide range of facilities for hire, both indoor and outdoor, for all types of events and activities including clubs, community events, meetings and private hire for special celebrations.
The Academy proudly received an 'Equally Safe' award after successfully completing the Equaliteach's 'Equally Safe Anti-Bullying' programme.
