AWARDS

RESPECT, ASPIRATION & RESILIENCE (RAR) AWARDS

To support students in recognising, developing and demonstrating our key  academy values of Respect, Aspiration and Resilience. We present RAR Awards at the end of each term in the Sixth Form. Students can achieve these awards in a range of areas. The awards recognise several aspects: attendance, punctuality and professional dress, performance at the work experience placement; two activities from a wide list of community service activities such as being a mentoring buddy, leading a charity event or taking on a pupil leadership role. These awards help to inform UCAS applications, job references, personal statements etc.
