YEARS 12 & 13 CAREERS PROGRAMME 2023-2024
In Year 11 a host of external destinations and experiences will be presented to the students and support and guidance provided about how to search, decide and apply for their next career step. Students are supported and tracked by their pastoral tutor. Students are grouped for pastoral support with a pastoral lead (their ‘Advisor’) who has experienced in advising this field (UCAS application, work, apprenticeships etc.) Application and interview skills are arranged on a one to one basis bespoke to the students desired destination
