Introducing Buckinghamshire Council’s iSEND Support Line
Buckinghamshire Council has launched the iSEND support line to provide easy access to advice and support for parents, professionals, and anyone seeking help for children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Your queries will be handled by a Specialist Teacher, an EHC Co-ordinator (EHCCo), or an Educational Psychologist, ensuring you receive expert guidance.
What Does the Service Offer?
- A single point of contact with Buckinghamshire iSEND Education Teams
- Information, signposting, and advice about SEND
- Brief consultations and access to iSEND services
When is it Available?
- Open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm during term time (with reduced hours during holidays)
- Extended hours on Tuesdays, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
