Year 2 - Roarsome Day!
Last Monday Year 2 had a 'roarsome' day. They met Joel, who talked to the children about dinosaur fossils from lots of different types of dinosaurs.
They became palaeontologists, and practised digging and discovering different fossils, using information provided to identify which dinosaur they belonged to. We then met 3 baby dinos, a baby paralophosaurus called Poppy, a baby triceratops called Patrick and even a cheeky baby T-Rex called Jake - we waved to him from a distance! The rest of the day was full of dino-tastic activities, which all enjoyed!
